Exclusively distributed by the UK’s Particle Technology, the stand-alone mobile system can be installed in any manufacturing location and perform tests automatically. It comprises a HEPA clean air cabinet, a non-toxic waterbased pressure rinse/ultrasonic clean and fi ltration system to capture residual particles from the component being tested, a microscope and video camera to view the captured particles and specialised software to size and count them.
