Rexroth has introduced the ‘light generation’ version of its HF (High Flow) valve terminal system series – for use where a number of cylinders are used. The HF03-LG is a lighter-weight system with an impressive fl ow rate of up to 700 litres/min. It has a modular design and can be extended up to 12 valves. It is is ideal for automotive industry applications where a modular system needs to offer both small dimensions and a high fl ow rate. The identical base plate for all valve functions, the plug-in procedure, and integrated plug connections ensure that valve functions can be changed quickly and easily without having to disassemble the valve terminal system first.

This keeps each Rexroth HF03 model flexible to accommodate later changes. As Rexroth’s HF03-LG can also be used with other standard valves in the HF03 series within one unit, it is suitable for a wide range of applications. HF03-LG conforms to IP 65 (NEMA 4) protection class for use in harsh environments. All valve functions (2x3/2, 5/2 and 5/3) as well as vacuum ejectors and pressure regulators are available for the valve terminal system. Separate exhaust connections within the valve terminal system enable double pressure operation with different pressures. The system can be mounted directly or onto a DIN rail.
