Avnet Embedded has introduced the LG Display LB121S03-TL03, industrial 12.1” SVGA TFT panel. The 800x600 (SVGA) TFT LCD panel uses a-Si thin fi lm transistor as the active element and an integral LED backlight system to achieve a typical brightness of 450cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 600:1. The display will operate in portrait or landscape mode, with an active area of 246 x 184.5mm (overall dimensions 276 x 209 x 9mm), and has a halfbrightness lifetime of 50K hours. For use in various markets including industrial, medical and marine, the display can be supplied fully bonded with a choice of touch screens ranging from resistive, surface acoustic wave or projected capacitive.  www.avnet-embedded.eu
