Germany – The automotive supplier has appointed Joerg Buchheim to the management board, with responsibility for China and Asia. Buchheim is president and CEO China and has held various positions within the company’s Chinese operations since 2006, having joined the company in 2001.
Hella has also appointed Markus Bannert to the board. Bannert has served the company since 1994 and assumed responsibility for its flagship lighting site in Lippstadt in 2010, joining the divisional board three years later. He became vice-CEO of the lighting division at the beginning of January this year.
The Hella board under CEO Rolf Breidenbach now has seven members.
