Can-Eng Furnaces has developed a new Automated Flame Deflashing System for high volume automotive fascia injection molding facilities. It is designed to produce more consistent parts of higher quality by eliminating existing manual defl ashing operations.
Historically, traditional flame defl ashing processes have impeded the injection molding process, requiring manufacturers to balance part quality against demands for faster cycle times. The new system eliminates the wait times associated with current manufacturing processes and allows for ensures 100 per cent defl ashing within current moulding press cycle times.
