UK – After securing £5.5m of funding, the Rugby-based specialist in the design and manufacture of noise reduction systems and thermal management solutions will relocate to larger premises, purchase new equipment and hire extra personnel.
Automotive Insulations currently has a 100-strong workforce and over the past 12 months has commenced business in Sweden and Germany, working with OEMs such as Volvo and Volkswagen.
“The funding will help with our manufacturing capabilities and with distribution, with the new site allowing us to double the size of our business over the next three years,” commented Jim Griffin, managing director, Automotive Insulations.
