土耳其是欧洲西部公司提高生产量的传统生产基地，目前全球的OEM制造商都在这里投资提高生产 — 有可能会再一次带来强劲增长In this article:FiatFordHyundaiRenaultToyotaTurkish assemblers正当西欧极力应对传统制造领域里的产能过剩和利用率低下问题时，欧盟东南边境却在大肆提高汽车产量，在过去几年内对几款汽车制造还进行了大量的投资。菲亚特、福特、现代、雷诺和丰田公司日期都出台了重要项目，但是菲亚特在土耳其的合伙人—托发斯，以及丰田目前却处于投资制造厂的困境中。土耳其的汽车和厢型车制造厂每年的产量超过100万辆，如果通过讨论并进入全面投产，这个数字将逼近150万。福特最新开设的工厂，是在土耳其第二个厢型车工厂。此文就是要检测福特、现代和其他公司最近投资情况。尽管最近全球经济混乱，但是土耳其汽车生产却出独树一帜，稳步发展，强劲增长的可能性极大。2011年的生产量接近123.5万辆，2012年下降到111.5万辆，2013年稍微增长到116.6万辆，而去年达到121.9万辆。2015年的第一季度产量超过347,000辆，按照这个比率，全年生产量将超过130万辆，有可能达到140万辆，即使夏天的产量有所降低，结果也是一样。但是在最高数字背后还有非常有趣的变数。比如，虽然土耳其刚开始生产新款小型厢型车（Transit Courier），但是土耳其福特公司的产量从2013年的281,000辆下跌到2014年的245,000辆。雷诺的产量也降低了20,000辆，而托发斯的产量下降了大约22,000辆。2014年土耳其的增长主要来自于现代的产量，从102,000辆翻番到203,000辆，以及丰田的小幅度增长，从103,000辆增长到131,500辆。按照福特在2015年第一季度的情况，全年的产量近330,000辆，而现代则将超过210,000辆，雷诺超过360,000辆，托发斯大约260,000辆。出口成为主要业务土耳其产量的出口比率很高，2014年的出口达到74%（1,219,000辆的产量中出口了902,000辆）。雷诺、现代和丰田所有的出口量占土耳其总产量的80%，而福特2014年的出口率为77%，但是如果2015全年都生产Transit Courier，出口量将超过80%。列入土耳其“五大”公司的托发斯的出口率在2014年是64%；公司在土耳其已经占据类国产品牌的地位，大部分托发斯产Linea汽车都在国内销售。土耳其出口率如此高涨的原因很多。土耳其（货币）里拉的贬值也是一个原因，但主要是由于很多OEM制造商都增加了土耳其汽车厂的生产份额，而且专门生产高端汽车。土耳其制造的汽车没有其他来源。比如，福特已经关闭了英国南安普顿的Transit工厂，已经没有工厂能生产Transit厢型车，新建的小型Transit Courier汽车的工厂成为全球唯一的来源。菲亚特的情况也相同，菲亚特全系列汽车和丰田Corolla Verso和Corolla轿车（至少是欧洲地区的丰田供应）都在土耳其生产。雷诺已经决定在土耳其大量生产Clio系列，因为在法国生产B-段汽车遇到困境。尽管汽车生产已经由菲亚特-托发斯、福特、现代、雷诺和丰田主导（这几个公司2014年的生产占据全国92%的份额），但是有些公司 — 实际上是政治家们 — 还没有放弃创造土耳其汽车品牌的想法。2014年，一家叫做Calik的地方企业想要利用土耳其卡车公司—BMC来发展土耳其的汽车品牌。同年，总理Erdogan也谈论土耳其“实现地方品牌汽车的梦想”。菲亚特在土耳其，菲亚特以托发斯的身份出现，这是一家与Koc Holding（土耳其公司）的合资企业；Fiat与Koc分别占据托发斯38%的股份，剩余的股份投放在伊斯坦布尔的股票市场。公司的核心部分是布尔萨工厂，每年的产量能达到400,000辆，但是还从未达到这个目标。2013年，公司产量接近245,000辆，2014年却下降到223,000辆。托发斯除了为菲亚特生产汽车和厢型车之外，还为标志和雪铁龙生产Fiat Fiorino小型厢型车，还生产Fiat Doblo不同版本的厢型车，以Ram的品牌在美国市场销售。除此之外，还以Opel和Vauxhall Combo的名字在欧洲销售。Ram的生产将会继续，菲亚特和克莱斯勒合并之后会加快生产。然而，Opel和Vauxhall的制造即将接近尾声，因为PSA将要替代西班牙的Opel和Vauxhall品牌。托发斯目前处于一项重大投资项目的中期，该项目总价值超过15亿美元。其中包括“联合”Doblo汽车（将在北美出售）再造成本，即要努力符合美国的安全规定。这么做的目标就是每年出售价值达20,000里拉的Doblo汽车。有人说，Ram计划的成本高达3.6亿美元，在替代Linea和Bravo紧凑敞篷车、轿车和货车上面的投资将超过10亿美元。这些新车的生产将从2016年开始。Fiat Bravo（是否会沿用Bravo这个名字还有待证实）的替代款敞篷车将只在西欧出售，轿车会在中欧和东欧出售。托发斯在伊斯坦布尔证券交易所的官方声明中称，这些新款汽车的年产量将超过700,000辆，时间是从2016年到2023年。投资成本则可以通过在同一个平台生产而降低 — SUSW(小型美国Wide平台) — 用于Jeep Renegade, Fiat 500X和500L汽车上。托发斯之于菲亚特不仅仅是合约制造商，公司在菲亚特克莱斯勒平台上，践行自己的研发能力。福特与Koc成立的合资公司，Ford Otosan(福特占41%的股份)公司与2014年5月在土耳其Yenikoy（在Kocaeli工厂附近）开设第二个工厂。新的工厂生产小型Transit Courier厢型车和乘用车款，以及Tourneo Courierz汽车。Kocaeli工厂成立于2001年，制造Transit想星辰，以及Tourneo品牌乘用车系列。新建Yenikoy工厂以5.11亿美元的投资，在16个月内建成，年产量达到110,000辆。Kocaeli工厂还生产大型Ford卡车，和Cargo汽车，主要面向地方市场。两家土耳其工厂生产的汽车向欧洲和全球100多个市场出售。现代：韩国制造商在土耳其，与当地公司Kibar合作经营合资企业。与Fiat和Ford JV不同（公司股份不足50%），现代公司持有70%的股份。在投资6.77亿美元之后，产量加倍，年产量超过200,000辆。累计产量现在超过100万辆。主要的产量提高发生在2013年，工厂目前主要生产i10和i20小型汽车，主要销往欧洲。现在汽车在土耳其还有一个公司，就是与Karsan合作成立合约装配厂。从2014年晚些时候起，这里主要装配i800和iLoad厢型车。但现在计划有变，要这里生产H350汽车。生产已经从3月份开始。现代汽车在土耳其再投资2亿美元，Karsan投资6,000万美元。根据伊斯坦布尔证券交易所的备案，这两家公司计划在7年里，合作制造200,000厢型车，还有乘用迷你厢型车。雷诺雷诺汽车与Oyak的合资企业（雷诺拥有51%的股份），在土耳其拥有制造360,000辆汽车的能力。与土耳其其他汽车公司一样，雷诺也将大部分产品出口，比如Clios以Lutecia品牌在日本出售，2014年的出口达81%的产量。雷诺决定将土耳其制造的大量Clio汽车投放欧洲之后，这个比率将来有可能还会提高。除此之外，在2014年6月，雷诺集团市场营销总监Jerome Stoll对媒体说，有望在土耳其增加新的车型，有可能生产新一代Megane汽车或其他C段车型。到目前为止，除了雷诺公司最近公布要在西班牙生产Kadjar跨界车的消息之外，还没有其他新闻。如果Kadjar非常成功，西班牙的Megane生产将转移到土耳其。值得一提的是，Oyak-Renault公司不仅仅是一个汽车装配商；该工厂每年还能生产450,000汽油发动机和柴油发动机，为土耳其和法国的雷诺汽车供货。公司还为阿根廷的Renault汽车、罗马尼亚的Dacia汽车和南非的Nissan汽车提供发动机。丰田丰田在阿达巴扎的工厂是一个综合性非常高的工厂（拥有自己的冲压车间），在公司的欧洲战略中起到关键作用。公司与丰田英国工厂共同生产Corolla和Auris汽车，但是最后的车型改变了Auris生产格局，而丰田土耳其负责生产Corolla轿车和Verso汽车。公司在Corolla的生产投资了大约1.5亿欧元（约合1.67亿美元），虽然最近的生产率非常低，但是每年还是能够制造170,000辆汽车。Corolla目前主要销售与地方市场、俄罗斯和前独联体国家市场、以及以色列，而Verso主要出口欧盟市场。2014年10月，丰田宣布要在土耳其工厂投资1.87亿美元，从2016年开始生产紧凑型SUV汽车。这样会提高100,000辆的年产量，产品针对欧洲和亚洲市场。公司与1994年起开设全散件装配厂，为当地市场供货，由土耳其当地市场Sabanci经营，2000年完全成为丰田制造厂，从2002年起开始出口。除此之外，工厂还将很多供应商带到土耳其，既有欧洲公司，也有日本公司。比如，新款Corolla汽车就有70多家土耳其供应商，还有新增德国公司Mubea(提供螺旋线圈)。Toyota keiretsu成员Toyota Boshoku，已经建设了一个新的座椅纤维裁剪与缝制工厂，进行垂直一体化经营。“五大”之外除了“五大”工厂之外，还有很多土耳其装配厂制造多种厢型车和其他商用车。Otokar生产大约3,000辆Land Rover Defender，面向当地市场出售，包括军用汽车。与此同时，Karsan还为地方市场装配旧款Peugeot汽车和Citroen汽车，而且还装配生产Berlingo和Partner紧凑厢型车。但这些都是低产量生产，与本田工厂一样。本田工厂每年的正常产量是50,000辆，但是2014年只生产了11,600辆Civic轿车，而2013年的产量有14,800辆。新闻媒体时有报道称，该制造商有可能增加一款新车型，而本田高管也已经证实了这个消息。然而，还没有出现什么实际行动，工厂为地方和周边市场供货的边缘地位没有发生实质性改变。2013年晚些时候，公司宣布Iszu已经与Anadolu(本田原来的土耳其合作伙伴)达成协议，从2014年晚些时候开始在土耳其装配生产MAZ皮卡车，但之后就没有新的消息。与此相同，有报道称，中国的制造商奇瑞公司一直计划 — 与地方公司Mermerler合作 — 开设一个新工厂，每年生产200,000辆汽车。这个项目最近却鲜有进展消息。事实上，如果真的开始生产，产量能达到多少还有待观察。
