Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile (TPCA) is a joint venture of Toyota and PSA currently assembles the platform-sharing A-segment cars - Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 108 and Citroën C1. In 2019, a total of 199,000 vehicles were produced at the plant located at Kolin in central Czech Republic. Last year, it was announced Toyota had agreed a deal with PSA to take sole financial ownership of the TPCA plant by 2021. The Japanese OEM stated that it fully intends to continue business as usual, manufacturing the city cars.
