Toyota City, Japan – Steve St. Angelo, EVP for Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, will head the company’s North American Quality Task Force, responsible for ensuring product quality at the automaker.
The move follows CEO Akio Toyoda’s earlier promise to the US Congress to create such a position.
