RP-Series robots designed are for adhesive and other fluid-dispensing applications, as well as assembly using UV curing for mounting, tooling and fixturing, says Dispense Works.
The company claims the large ground machine-bed surface provides a suitable stable foundation for fixturing and tooling and a built-in advanced jog-and-teach routine simplifies programming with lines, arcs, circles, and other preprogrammed geometries. Patterns may also be imported from CAD files using the optional graphic rich Windows Software Suite.
The embedded controls feature CF card memory with connectivity for serial, LAN, dual USB ports, bar code input, and additional I/O to handshake with peripheral equipment, says the company.
