General Motors do Brasil Plant Tour
GM do Brasil will be hosting a party of delegates from the AMS South America conference on October 28. The São Caetano do Sul plant was GM’s first Brazilian plant, beginning production in October 1928. After implementing the third shift, the plant is able to assemble 250,000 vehicles per year compared with 200,000 on two shifts. The plant currently produces Cruze, Cruze Sport6, Cobalt, Spin, Montana, and Classic vehicles.
