The Gurgaon Manufacturing Facility has three fully integrated manufacturing plants and is spread over 300 acres (1.2 km2), with a total capacity of 700,000 vehicles annually. The Gurgaon facilities also manufacture 240,000 K-Series engines per year. The plant has more than 150 robots, of which 71 have been developed in-house. Vehicles made there include the 800, Alto, WagonR, Estilo, Omni, Gypsy and Eeco.
